Our client is seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to join their team! This is a temp to hire opportunity. Sales Assistant Job Requirements: Greeting Customers and offering assistance Accepting payments on accounts Answering incoming information calls and directing them accordingly Ability to generate leads from inner office filing system Creating appointments for Property Deed presentation and receipt confirmation Be able to perform park tours/burial verifications Prepare Funeral follow-up documentation/folders Memorial Designs/Layouts - ability to design and present to client families Requirements: Valid drivers license At least one year prior experience working in an office environment Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent customer service and communication skills Upon permanent this client offers internal advancement opportunities, full benefit package and the ability to have a semi-flexible schedule.
