General Construction Labor

Our client is seeking dependable, hard-working general laborers to join their team. This is an entry level, full time (40hr+) position. Starting salary is $16 with the opportunity for pay increase(s). They will provide on the job training. Position requires travel within the state of Ohio. Work schedule is Monday through Thursday at least 10 hours per day. Responsibilities/ Duties: Include but is not limited to the following in erecting steel buildings: • Installation of: o Metal Wall Panels o Metal Roof Panels o Gutters and Trim o Insulation o Liner Panels o Mezzanine o B- Decking • Erecting Steel Frame • Clean Up of Construction Materials Education/Requirements/Experience • High School GED or Equivalent • Ability to Work as a Team Member • Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screenings • Reliable Means of Transportation • 10hr OSHA Training Certificate preferred

Our client, in the Byesville area, is looking to fill 3rd shift openings. All positions are temp to hire with pay increases upon permanent hire! Schedule is Monday evening - Friday morning 7:30pm - 6:00am for 3rd shift. Pay rate is $18.80 per hour. Position Summary: Assists and supports operations by performing the following functions: Operate machinery to fulfill customer orders. Assemble sheet metal products used for installation of HVAC systems. Follow all company policies and procedures. Follow safety guidelines. Regular attendance is essential. Skills and Abilities: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or greater occasionally and lift no less than 25 lbs. frequently. Must be able to reach overhead occasionally. Must be able to grasp and grip.
