Part-time Office Assistant



Job Description


Our client, in Crooksville, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant. This position is temp to hire and will begin as part-time and possibly become full time in the future. At the beginning of the job assignment, the hours will total 24 to 30 per week. The Office Assistant will be assisting with: Human Resources Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Filing tax reports Payroll Invoicing Job Costing Qualified candidate will possess: At least one year prior experience working in an office setting Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Quickbooks The ability to learn new tasks quickly The ability to work independently
