Our client, in Zanesville, is seeking a Screen Print Production Manager for their 2nd shift from 3pm to 1am. This is a direct hire opportunity so selected candidates will be placed directly on the client's payroll. Pay range is $25 to $30 depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in the Screen-Printing Industry and confidence from past work supervising a team is essential to be considered.
- Minimum 3+ years proven experience in Screen-Printing, including press operation, pre-press, reclaim, ink/color theory, on-press techniques, and quality control.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience supervising a team within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Verifiable work history showcasing relatable skills and reliability.

- Experience with Screen-Print equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating production times, material usage, and costs
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, work orders, and production documents
Job Duties:
- Operate both automatic and manual screen-printing presses to create high-quality prints. Keep a keen eye on every detail, making sure each piece meets our high standards.? Help in any and all areas of production as needed. Examine work orders to determine print times. Address workflow concerns with Department Manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety and clean work environment. Inspects and approves press setups, continually monitoring press operations including color reproduction, registration, and print quality. Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and materials to ensure continuous production. Report production delays to Department Manager.
- Lead the team to success! Supervise and maintain a high-performing production team through effective training, motivation, and communication. Provide clear direction and guidance to production staff while keeping morale high. Set expectations and ensure accountability for production employees as a group and as individuals. Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols.
