Yes. Many of our clients consider candidates with a felony conviction on a case by case basis.

Our applicants need to be at least 18 years of age and possess two valid forms of identification such as a Driver's License or State issued ID Card and a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate.

Yes. ATS welcomes applicants with no work history as many of our clients will train new workers to perform the job required. You can obtain work experience while learning new skills.

The majority of our jobs are temporary to hire. Our clients are looking for people that want to become a permanent part of their team! Upon hire you are eligible for pay raises and benefits and have the opportunity for advancement.
