Production Maintenance Technician

Our client, a food manufacturing facility in Zanesville, is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician. The maintenance technician will be assigned to perform a variety of mechanical and electrical repairs and preventative maintenance operations throughout the entire facility. This candidate will report directly to the maintenance supervisor and will be a key assistant to this supervisor for all maitenance activities. In order to fulfill this role, the maintenance technician must learn about all of the equipment in the plant. This learning must include principals of operation as well as both mechanical and electrical requirements for proper operation. Pre-Requisite Requirements: A qualified candidate must have either specific training and/or job experience that demonstrates proficiency in mechanical repairs and electrical maintenance procedures. Candidate must have experience working with 3-phase electrical motors and both mechanical and electronic motor controls. Candidate should have some experience reading electrical wiring diagrams. The Maintenance Technician must be able to perform mildy strenuous activities generally associated with plant maintenance. These activities would include but not be limited to climbing stairs and ladders, walking distances from various locations in and around the facility, standing for 2-3 hours at a time, lifting objects normally no heavier than 50 pounds, and pulling, tugging, or pushing as may be required in performing general plant maintenance. Work hours for this position are from 5:30am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Maintenance employees normally work a few hours every Saturday to complete tasks that cannot be performed during regular production hours.

Cooks and Managers

Our client has a fun family atmosphere and is looking for cooks and managers. Evening and weekend hours only. $12-$15 per hour for cooks, $17 per hour for managers. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

Sanitation

Our client, a global leader in taste & nutrition with over 45 plants in North America, is looking to fill a 2nd shift sanitation position in their Byesville facility. This facility makes juices, drink mixes and liquid ingredients. This is a temporary assignment with possible continuation of employment in other positions. Job duties include: Performs, oversees and assigns general housekeeping and sanitation responsibilities daily according to GMP’s. Performs grounds maintenance in all seasons, this will include removing snow, trash or spillage from plant grounds. Knowledgeable and capable of using appropriate cleaning chemicals. Ability to safely handle full strength chemicals using full PPE. Proficient in using cleaning equipment to maintain cleaning schedule. Performs work and ensures compliance. Proficient in operating all sanitation equipment, follows safety guidelines. Pay for 2nd shift is $15.74 and is a temp to hire position.

Line Inspector

Our client, in Frazeysburg, has multiple open positions in their manufacturing facility. The greatest need is 2nd shift, 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday with occassional Saturdays, $15.50 per hour. Day shift is also available, 6am to 2pm, $15 per hour and night shift, 10pm to 6am, $15.50 per hour. No heavy lifting! These positions are temp to hire with a wage increase and benefits offered upon permanent hire.

Warehouse Associate/Production Associate

Our client, a food manufacturing facility in Zanesville, is seeking a Warehouse Associate and a Food Production Associate. Duties for the Warehouse will include palletizing product, manually stacking boxes, preparing product orders for shipment. Duties for the Food Production Associate include quality inspection, seasoning product, monitoring and changing oil in food product fryers. Schedule is Monday through Friday day shift hours beginning at 7am. This opportunity is temp to hire with a wage increase and benefits offered upon permanent hire. No weekend or evening work!

Counter Help

Friendly Counter Person needed for locally owned restaurant. Duties include assisting customers with food and bakery choices, answering phones for carry out orders, operating a cash register and other duties as assigned. Shifts are varied with hours from 9am to 6pm. No Sunday work! Temp to hire opportunity with wage increase upon hire.

Extruder Operator

Our client, in Newcomerstown, is seeking Extruder Operators. Essential Functions: 1. Completes machine set up and performs various tasks: torque die by hand, scoop color, move drums, connect equipment. 2. Utilizes standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and measuring devices. 3. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. 4. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. 5. Must be willing to accept frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set up. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a wage increase and benefits upon hire! Afternoon and night shift available.

Food Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a food production facility in Zanesville, is looking for multiple candidates to join their team! This client is a critical supplier of goods and services manufacturing food products that are consumed daily in homes and businesses around the globe. Starting pay: $16.00/hr 1st shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm 3rd shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am Duties include but are not limited to: -Sorting food products -Inspecting food product -Pivoting and reaching -Stacking boxes -Standing the entire shift Must wear steel or composite toe boots, bump cap, earplugs, safety glasses, and a smock. All PPE with the exception of the steel toe or composite toe boots is provided by the company.

General Construction Labor

Our client is seeking dependable, hard-working general laborers to join their team. This is an entry level, full time (40hr+) position. Starting salary is $16 with the opportunity for pay increase(s). They will provide on the job training. Position requires travel within the state of Ohio. Work schedule is Monday through Thursday at least 10 hours per day. Responsibilities/ Duties: Include but is not limited to the following in erecting steel buildings: • Installation of: o Metal Wall Panels o Metal Roof Panels o Gutters and Trim o Insulation o Liner Panels o Mezzanine o B- Decking • Erecting Steel Frame • Clean Up of Construction Materials Education/Requirements/Experience • High School GED or Equivalent • Ability to Work as a Team Member • Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screenings • Reliable Means of Transportation • 10hr OSHA Training Certificate preferred

General Machine Operator

Our client, in the Byesville area, is looking to fill multiple 3rd shift positions. All positions are temp to hire with pay increases upon permanent hire! Schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:30pm - 6:00am Position Summary: Assists and supports operations by performing the following functions: Operate machinery to fulfill customer orders. Assemble sheet metal products used for installation of HVAC systems. Follow all company policies and procedures. Follow safety guidelines. Regular attendance is essential. Skills and Abilities: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or greater occasionally and lift no less than 25 lbs. frequently. Must be able to reach overhead occasionally. Must be able to grasp and grip. Some repetitive motion. Must be able to forward bend at the knees. Must be willing to submit to a hair follicle test. Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Machine Operator

Our client, in the Cambridge area, is looking for multiple dedicated production workers. These are Temp to Hire positions! Wages increase with permanent hire, along with opportunity for quarterly attendance bonuses. Paid lunch and breaks 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday! 1st shift-7am-3pm - $13.90/hour 3rd shift-11pm-7am - $14.75/hour Job duties include retrieving product from one or more machines, inspecting for defects, labeling, installing handles, packing into boxes and stacking products for shipment. You may experience periods of “downtime” for changeovers, machine maintenance, repairs, etc. During these time periods, you may be expected to sweep floors, sanitize work areas, make boxes, or anything else your supervisor may deem necessary, including providing coverage in other departments

Offline Scale Temp

Our client, in Cambridge, OH, is seeking an Offline Scale Temp for their 1st shift production position. General Description: The primary focus of the Offline Scale Temp is to follow scheduled recipes and supply ingredients for each recipe to the mixing operator. Essential Job Function: Responsible for weighing of materials per recipe, check floor daily to prevent extra bags being weighed, scan bar codes of raw materials being loaded into bins and adjust minor bin inventory if necessary, assist utility operator with the filling of bins, follow safety procedures and guidelines and assist in establishing and maintaining compound processing parameters. Skills and abilities: Computer skills, must be able to work independently, successfully complete forklift training provided by client and attention to detail.

Stacker - all shifts available!

Our client, a global leader in taste and nutrition with over 45 plants in North America, has multiple immediate openings for Stacker positions at their Byesville facility. Wages for this position have increased! Occasional Saturday work is required. This is a temp to hire opportunity! These positions involve stacking cases of product onto a spring-loaded pallet at the end of a production line. Some Saturday work will be required. This is a temp to hire opportunity with benefits and pay raises upon hire!
