WALK-IN AND APPLY

Although we prefer applicants make appointments, if a person of interest walks in to obtain information and decides to apply, our staff will make every effort to accommodate them ASAP.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Calling the ATS offices to make an appointment gives the applicant and the ATS representative an opportunity to find out a few essential details about opportunities and expectations that helps prepare both parties prior to a personal meeting.

THE APPLICATION

The ATS applications are designed to allow an ease of information to be given by the applicant. Whether the applicant chooses to fill it out on line or in person at one of the ATS offices, any questions or concerns can be answered by an ATS representative.

THE INTERVIEW

A personal interview is given to each applicant. ATS strives to learn about an applicant’s experiences, preferences and needs for their desired job. For those just entering the workforce, the interview is a great way to determine starting points and explore opportunities that otherwise would be difficult to achieve. Representatives at ATS are trained to encourage applicants to offer as much information about themselves as possible so that job offers are a good match.

THE JOB OFFER

Once an applicant becomes active and a selected candidate for a job, an ATS representative provides a thorough description of tasks and responsibilities and pre-employment requirements. An applicant is not obligated to take an offer under any circumstances, and can still be considered for other positions. If an offer is accepted, an applicant can expect to continue to pre-employment screenings and on-boarding procedures determined by the ATS client-customer.

ORIENTATION FOR THE JOB

Each client-customer determines what type of orientation is necessary for a new person arriving on their first day. ATS representatives are responsible for ensuring that every new employee has been given all necessary communication in order to approach their new position with knowledge and confidence. In some instances, an on-site orientation and tour is required.

ATS EMPLOYEES ON THE JOB

ATS takes responsibility for its employees that are assigned to its client-customers. The goal is to ensure job satisfaction for all parties.

While on assignment, ATS employees must abide by the rules and regulations required by the client-customer. Specific safety protocol, general business practices and environmental cultures must be learned and observed at all times.

Employees are expected to be treated with respect and dignity by the ATS client-customers and other workers.

ATS representatives stay in communication with both their employee and client-customer to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the job placement. ATS representatives are available to help mediate any concerns or issues during the assignment.

PERMANENT HIRE BY THE CLIENT CUSTOMER

ATS is always proud when their employee is hired by a client-customer. ATS celebrates this achievement by entering permanently hired employees, who continue to work at their jobs, into a $500 drawing that occurs every June and December.
